The design of the STNP solar collector is a culmination of nearly 15 years of feedback from installers and solar professionals all over the world and aims to meet their requirements with the following key features:

How It Works
Construction
The SolarTide Solar Water Heater is comprised of four main parts:
Evacuated Tube
Absorbs solar energy and converts it to usable heat. Vacuum between the two glass layers insulates against heat loss.
Water Tanks
It stock the hot water from the glass tubes, and keep the heat.
Mounting Frame
Strong and easy to install with various options to match different mounting methods.
Assistant Tank (Optional Use)
It can load the cold water into the main tank automatically when water level is down.
Without the assistant tank, customers can install the solar controller to realize the same function.
Operation
Step 1: The absorber coating on the inner glass tube absorbs sunlight and converts it into heat.
Step 2: The hot water inside the tubes floats up to the main tank, cold water inside the tank will go down to the glass tubes, and become a nature circulation.
Step 3: The cold water will be loaded into main tank automatically when you use the hot water, if with the assistant tank or solar controller.
Tank Connection Application
Case 1: Connect with Solar Controller, cold water loading automatically, sensor the water temp. and water lever, control the electrical heater.
Case 2: Install the additional assistant tank, cold water loading automatically.
Case 3: Connect with the big water storage tank, cold water loading automatically. Widely used in Latin American countries, especially in Mexico.
