4). Punching system: In the role of guiding device, feeder cooperate with punching, can set the tube hole centre distance and size. Control system is Japanese MITSUBISHI PLC,
WEINVIEW touch screen. Linking with forming machine control system.
5). Molds material: Cr12MoV, heat treatment hardness: HRC58 ~ 60. Total of 2 sets of knifes.
6). Punching machine: 25 TON
7). Forming machine:
a. Forming speed: 0~10m/min
b. Forming passes: 20 (up and down 20 each)
c. Axle Dia: Ф 55 mm, 45 # steel material.
d. Roller material: GCR15, precisely machining, heat treatment
e. Transmission: high torque hydraulic motor, chain transmission
f. Forming machine has photoelectric sensor and coder, effective control of the tube support size
g. Transmission: Friction conveyor belt feeding, motor 0.35 KW. Main function is transfer the tube support, avoid finish product damage.
h. Punching and Cutting system: cut off the smoothly, without waste. Control system adopts Japanese MITSUBISHI PLC, WEINVIEW touch screen, linking punching control system,
convenient operation and control of the whole line.
